ADVEO concludes workforce restructuring

ADVEO has ended its workforce restructuring process with two agreements to outsource its customer service and to reduce the number of employees in the logistics area, prior to outsourcing this activity.

Together with the restructuring process executed in March 2016, this now culminates the workforce restructuring process in Spain.

On July 3rd, the company signed an agreement with the works council to outsource the customer service, which affects 17 employees in this area. Today both sides confirmed the agreement and the redundancy plan that affect 45 warehouse employees and 11 office workers who supported the logistics activity.

ADVEO says that these processes will allow it to focus on the objectives established in the new Strategic Plan 2017-2020 to gain a more competitive market position.
