Strong Results for Jakob Maul in 2017

Jakob MAUL ended 2017 with very positive figures and an overall turnover up 5.5%. The company also confirms that its net profit is also up in 2017.

For 2018, Stefan Scharmann, CEO,  expects growth of 3 to 5%, thanks to the introduction of new products and  references. The company will continue to invest in strategic areas such as digitalisation and in new ranges, in a context of improving economic indicators in Europe.

In the French market, turnover  increased by over 20%, which is partly due to cooperation with Citizen Calculators initiated by Maul in 2016. Since January this year, the French sales team has also been commercialising products for German manufacturer Sigel in France which will have a positive effect on turnover in 2018.
