Maul reports successful 2018
| 01 February, 2019
Jakob MAUL has reported that it ended 2018 with an 6.3% increase in turnover and expects positve results in 2019.
The family-owned company says that in addition to its positioning as a manufacturer of Made in Germany products, it has benefitted from a faster than expected development of certain ranges and channels.
The profits will be reinvested as has been the case in recent years with investment in the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. In addition, a distribution company MAUL Schneider France SAS was founded in 2018 near Paris in partnership with fellow German manufacturer Schneider Schreibgeräte GmbH. MAUL believes that this will encourage many synergies and help it continue to develop in the French market.
