Manutan announces new acquisition

The Manutan Group has announced the acquisition of 100% of Kruizinga's shares, a major player in the online distribution of storage and handling equipment in the Benelux.

Based in Wapenveld (in the center of the Netherlands), Kruizinga was founded in 1960 and has succeeded in developing its business throughout the Netherlands and also in Belgium and Germany.

The company has based its position on an extensive product range offer, its digital customer approach and its modern logistics platform. It offers a very large catalog of more than 15,000 references, spread over 40,000 square meters of storage space and land, and it has a loyal customer base mainly composed of companies.

Kruizinga has a turnover of 25 million euros and an operating profit of about 10% of turnover. Manutan says that the acquisition of Kruizinga will also allow it to enrich its product offer and expertise on strategic ranges.
