Akoffice adopts Japanese Kaizen philosophy

Leading Turkish reseller Akoffice has implemented a ‘Lean Management System’, including Kaizen and 'Continuous Improvement Philosophy', to enhance its service quality and improve productivity.
Kaizen, which has been used by many well-known firms, means 'improvement' or 'change for the best'. It focuses upon the continuous improvement and standardisation of processes to eliminate wasting time and effort.
Akoffice says that Lean Management will increase the support and value it gives to customers as it strives towards perfect service quality through small but certain steps, based on the fundamental principles of Kaizen philosophy.
